Where work is significant and/or structural, we will engage a local architect & surveyors as needed, find a builder, create a detailed schedule of works for builders to quote to, oversee the planning application process and, once plans are approved, coordinate building controls.
We work with a trusted pool of architects, surveyors, builders & tradespeople in Twickenham – plumbers, electricians, decorators, carpenters – or we can work alongside a client’s own build team.
