Every project starts with an on-site meeting with you, the client, to discuss design ideas, talk through specific requirements/limitations or constraints, consider budget and to agree the scope of our brief.
Design concepts and creative ideas are then presented back to you, comprising (by room) proposed layout, colour scheme, lighting plans, floor treatment, window treatment, and design solutions in comprehensive 2-D plans and a 3-D video walk-through.
We can also provide 2D elevations, photo-realistic images of your redesigned space, and bespoke kitchen, bathroom and joinery design.
Once your plans have been signed off we will get your project underway, with you free to dip in and out of progress, or, to opt for scheduled updates, as you wish.
Where work is significant and/or structural, we will engage an architect & surveyors as needed, find a builder, create a detailed schedule of works for builders to quote to, oversee the planning application process and, once plans are approved, coordinate building controls.
We work with a trusted pool of architects, surveyors, builders & tradespeople in Kingston – plumbers, electricians, decorators, carpenters – or we can work alongside a client’s own build team.
